Carolina Moves is pleased to work with any qualified applicant that has a mature, well behaved, non-aggressive breed dog or cat. These terms are largely based on the comfort level of the property owner and the restrictions they decide for a pet to be considered.
If your pet(s) is a minimum of one years old, and is non-aggressive, or a non-aggressive breed, chances are, we may have a property that might work for you!
All applicants are required to complete a pet screening for their pets or registration for service/companion animals prior to move in or obtaining a pet/animal. The cost for pet screening is $25-$30 per pet and service/companion animal registration is free.
Sadly, we are unable to rent to applicants with more than 2 pets, or breeds that are commonly labeled as "aggressive" due to insurance requirements. We cannot rent to mixes of these breeds. If you have a mixed breed dog, and not sure what the cross is, but he/she really looks like a pit bull, we will err on the side of caution and deny the pet.
Pets once approved are subject to a $50.00 pet acceptance fee, and $25.00 monthly fee for each pet; a pet addendum will be required with the lease.
